I almost cried when I saw this part. This is what you do. You don’t continue on your way because it doesn’t involve you.
Look at the way she shields the stranger WITH HER OWN BODY.
This is what needs to happen when you see someone being bullied or harassed.
Thought I’d do a #tranformationtuesday for everyone! This is from my sophomore year in high school to almost the end of my sophmore year in college now! But that picture on the left was how I looked through my senior year as well. I never felt healthy or had enough energy and when I graduated I decided to make a complete lifestyle change! It’s possible!! Keep going!! ☺️💪
Wow :) look at this transformation!
Holy Crap. Left pic was taken in November 2012 Right pic February 2014.
103 lb difference.
I am 5’8” and weigh in at 239 right now. Still a ways to go but I am on my way! No turning back.
Amazing and truly inspiring!
I am 5’3. My heaviest weight was approximately 210lbs, my weight is currently 168 lbs. My goal weight is around 150 lbs. Follow me!

Inspiring weight loss transformation
This photo is one year’s difference. On the left is summer 2012 when I was around 165 pounds and on the right is summer 2013 when I was around 135 pounds (at 5’2” tall). I am currently 15 pounds lighter than I was during the “after” picture, and I’m so excited to redo this photo this year! This picture is my motivation to hit my goal and make myself the fittest I have ever been by this summer! Choosing to run regularly, lift often, and eat healthy has been the greatest decision I have ever made.
My fitness blog is gettinprettyskinny.tumblr.com and I post things that keep me motivated, as well as talk with people about the struggles and achievements we all are dealing with throughout our journeys!
